Nutritional Guidance

The nutritional component of one's fitness program is often the most difficult area to create life long changes. Fast food, media attention, fad diets, and extreme programs compiled on mis-information has led our society to becoming the unhealthiest in the world in terms of cardiovascular disease, obesity, and other lifestyle related illnesses. The constant search, and promises, for the immediate fix without making any lasting changes has perpetuated this unhealthy trend.

Our approach to improving your nutritional life is gentle and slow. After careful analysis of your current fitness level, nutrition trends, and other individual needs, we begin a slow but consistent journey towards altering unhealthy habits into healthy ones, slowly transforming your body, health, and overall quality of life. You are given an education along the way to ensure you understand how to recognize your nutritional needs and have the ability to adapt your programs to fit the needs of you and your family.

All of our Personal Training programs offer some level of nutritional guidance. Longer term commitments offer the most comprehensive programs.

Separate Nutritional Programs are offered for those who are looking to only focus on nutritional needs.
