Personal Training Packages

Initial Consultation:
By appointment, no charge. We review your goals, perform some basic assessments, and discuss the different options available to you. We also offer advice and guidance to help you begin the process of improving your health.

We offer 3 different Personal Training program options that you can review and discuss with your trainer during your initial consultation, which is offered at no charge, with no obligation or pressure.

Package:
Programs can be arranged by purchasing a certain number of sessions. These sessions can than be utilized by appointment with the trainer. The sessions never expire and there are no requirements of how frequently or rarely you use them. However, your trainer will offer guidance on how to utilize them in a manner that will ensure you get the most benefit.
These sessions can be paid for in full, or payments can be arranged.

For longterm benefits, we encourage creating a program that will last at least 3-6 months, although a package of any number and any length can be created.

Monthly:
To develop consistency, we offer a monthly rate for personal training sessions based on an appropriate average number of training sessions for you. This program is designed to be for a minimum of 6 months.

Post-Bill:
For those unable to make a longterm commitment for any reason, this program allows you to utilize sessions by appointment as often or infrequently as you would like. You pay at the end of the month for the sessions you used.
