Personal Training
Every one-on-one session has 4 key objectives:
1. Address Dysfunctions: Work on understanding and correcting improper movement patterns to prevent, reduce, or eliminate pain and other issues.
2. Improve Function: Practice movement patterns that will enable muscles, nerves, and connective tissue to work at optimal level to maximize your body's own systems, such as your metabolism.
3. Have a Fantastic workout: Through interactive, dynamic, and creative workout programs, we make exercise not only safe and effective, but fun too!
4. Take another step towards a healthier lifestyle: We emphasize consistent progress over the course of a reasonable time. Implementing healthy habits and creating a program that you can sustain ensure longterm success.
All Personal Training programs include nutritional guidance. More detailed nutritional programs are included in some Personal Training programs, or can be enrolled independently of any other program.
